Q: Do Butler Interiors provide free quotes?

A: Yes. We provide a fully detailed written quote based on the initial meeting and design briefing.

Q: Do I receive design plans with my free quote?

A: No. On placement of order, detailed CAD design plans are drafted and provided for your approval.

If you would like drafted design plans before you place an order, this service is available for a fee and is refundable when you place an order (within 12 month period only). The plans will remain the property of Butler Interiors and are copyright. Not available for use by others.

Q: I have an existing cabinet that I would like you to modify, can you help?

A: We do not modify any existing cabinetry. We can however assist in removing existing cabinetry for your new cabinetry.

Q: Do you have cabinets in your showroom I can purchase or view?

A: No. All our cabinets are custom designed and made to order. We do have available a plethora of materials and samples to assist in selections for your cabinets. We also have "cabinets in progress" in our factory should you wish to view some of our current work.

Q: How long does it take? Will you be able to give me a timeframe?

A: Yes, we have scheduling in place and will always try our utmost to meet your delivery/installation needs. Dates are confirmed on placement of your order.

Q: What is the difference between custom made (bespoke) cabinets by Butler Interiors and cabinets I see in retail shops?

A: Custom designed cabinets are especially designed and built for you to suit your personal taste and requirements ,with emphasis placed on any appliances, items that you would like to accommodate. They are built from start to finish with pride.

Our focus is on quality not quantity. All cabinetry is designed and built locally in WA by Butler Interiors.
